Five Ways to Well-being Challenge: Be Active

Calling all DSB1 students!!
 
Staff took on the challenge to Be Active. 
 
Exercising makes us feel good!  Find the activity that you enjoy and get moving! 
 
Now it’s the students' turn to show us how they demonstrate the Five Ways to Well-Being: Connect, Take Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning or Give to help boost mental health.
